Pete Murray, The Eureka Tour
Pete Murray is returning to Wollongong with his Eureka Tour!
After two years off the road in Australia, Pete Murray and his band The Stonemasons have announced they’re hitting the road to tour Australia!

Global Illumination Masquerade Ball
Global Illumination is back again this year thanks to the National Breast Cancer Foundation and to get ready, the 4th Global Illumination Ball will be held on Friday 12th September. The masquerade ball will be at the Piazza San Novotel Wollongong at 6.30pm. So join us for gondoliers, glass, glitter and glamour. Be serenaded in a gondolier and arrive in Venice. Listen to the international performing tenors, be mysterious in your masks of glitter and feathers and dance long into the evening

Spring into Corrimal
The ANZ Spring into Corrimal is the largest one day festival in the Illawarra, attrating crowds in excess of 30000 from all over the region and its back again this year on Sunday the 14th September!
There is entertainment for all the family including amusements rides, a main stage area with non-stop entertainment and other bands situated throughout the festival.
The grand parade has over 20 entries and many marching bands to create a carnival atmosphere.And our own Marty and Erica will be broadcasting live from 9-1 with lots of fun and giveaways with the Street Fleet, so make sure you come down for what will be a great day! |

The Bendigo Bank Aerial Patrol Charity Golf Day
The Bendigo Bank Aerial Patrol is holding a Charity Golf Day at Port Kembla Golf Course on Friday the 19th of September.
All proceeds raised on the day will help support the summer shark patrol operations to keep the beaches of the Illawarra safe.
At a cost of $60 per person, you can put together a team of 4 for a day of golf and join in with lots of fun surprises including a hot breakfast, lunch, refreshments and of course a round of golf with auctions and raffles. Plus, you can win a car thanks to Harrigan Ford if you manage to sink a hole in one on the third tee!!

Convoy
Marty and Erica’s Camp Quality Convoy for Kids is on again!
The convoy will be held on Sunday the 16th of November, beginning at 9am at Westcliff Colliery on Appin road and ends with a fun day at the Croome Rd Sporting Complex in Albion Park, where from 10am the trucks and motorbikes in the convoy will be displayed. There will be heaps of rides, food and entertainment by Aussie rock legends, the Screaming Jets!
Trucks and motorbikes only can be in the Convoy, and registration is $25. Go to i98fm.com.au to download a rego form.
So make sure you join in the fun whilst raising funds to brighten the lives of kids with cancer. |
