The following terms and conditions apply for Marty & Erica's and Drive with Lachy - Four Weeks of Free Fuel Competition

1.         Duration

The competition will run anywhere between 6.00am and 9.00am and 3pm and 7pm from Monday, 28th July 2008 through until Friday, 22nd August 2008 during the ‘Marty and Erica Breakfast Show’ and ‘Drive with Lachy’ on i98 FM.

The competition will run weekdays only between the hours and dates as specified above, excluding public holidays.

i98 FM reserve the right to post pone or forfeit the competition at any time during this period, at their discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.

2.         Method of Entry

The announcer will give the live cue to call the studio on the i98 competition line 4226 9898.  It is up to the announcer’s discretion during each contest spot as to which nominated caller will be the successful caller. 

3.          Draw/Judging

It is up to the announcer’s discretion as to what line they pick up when the phones begin to ring. The nominated caller can be altered during different contest spots. The person on the other end of the line that the announcer picks up will be deemed the major prizewinner for that contest spot and will win a $100 (one hundred) dollar Caltex fuel voucher.

The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.           Eligibility

Any person who wishes to enter Four Weeks of Free Fuel MUST be over sixteen (16) years of age. i98fm has the right to refuse competition entry to any person who is under this age.

No contestant can be a major prizewinner more than once within a one (1) month, thirty (30) day, period from date of winning.

5.         Prizes

All prize values are recommended retail value provided by the supplier, are in Australian Dollars and are correct at time of printing.

Major Prizes

The major prizewinners each day will be rewarded with $100 (one hundred) Caltex fuel voucher as outlined in Clause 3. All winners must adhere to the terms and conditions of use for their voucher as specified by Caltex.

Total prize pool of 40 x $100 fuel vouchers = $ 4,000

All major prizewinners will be required to pick up their prize from i98FM reception at Television Avenue, Mt St Thomas, Wollongong, NSW, 2500 during working hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm only.

6.         Notification

All prizewinner’s will be notified by announcement ‘on air’ as specified in clause 3 above.
Winner’s details may be published.

7.         Employees and their immediate families of WIN Radio Pty Ltd, WIN Corporation Pty Limited and Home Loans First are ineligible to enter.

8.         If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, computer virus, mobile phone failures, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of WIN Radio Pty Ltd which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, i98 FM reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel terminate modify or suspend the competition.

9.         The Promoter (i98FM) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems of the phone or of any phone network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's phone related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.

10.        The Promoter (i98FM) collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter (i98FM) may use this information to request permission from the entrant to use the information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
